“One on One” training has always been the highest quality level. We want to refine and get to the best possible results available through this diet concept and special practices, rigorous, intelligent training, and a high-energy spirit.
We design specialized nutrition and training plans for the individual, the issue, the goals, and desired results – optimal health and performance for the individual client and then we go through several days of implementation to refine it and zero in on optimal results.
Training includes
- Diet Training: New Concept, New Sourcing, Highly Diverse Food Preparations, Our Routine with it all (we can do Vegan & Carnivore)
- Physical Training: Daily Vitality Program, Limitless Potentials Formula, personal training sessions up to 4 hours a day training (possible through nutrition), beginner physical range therapy, weight training, running, combat sports training,”bulletproofing” and super strength building
- Discipline Training*: Some don’t need or don’t want this, and we tailor it exactly to what they do want. In our 1-on-1 program, your trainer is down the hall. He is at your service for most of the day if that’s what you are ready for! That is what will cause the best result. You will make it to the gym on time, you will drive out to some of the most beautiful runs, swims, and climbs, you will learn all-day things you can use when you go back home, and you will be shocked at how fast (as little as 3-days) you can get results and feel tip-top. Your trainer will coordinate personally everything on the agenda from massages, to steam room sessions, to martial arts room times, and all the nutrition that it will take to max out the potential of your retreat. This point ends up being the high point for many of our returning family.

We really have learned that the current diet information is far off the mark, especially for top performance and we generally now go to the beat of our own drum on many fronts.

We do recommend ten days to get the great effects, but there is a level of achievement that will have new clients hooked on day one. many of our clients come one weekend a month and on that weekend we refine more and more what they are doing back home which makes it a quite effective system.
