Transformation, goal setting, and reaching is one thing, maybe even meeting your trainer an hour each day is another thing, a good yoga or boxing class another. Definitely, we recommend this to friends during work life in the city.

Just think if this coming Saturday morning you woke up in a great hotel room in paradise, the vibrant, highest tropical growth rate your next-level personal trainer and diversely certified cutting-edge nutritionist is in a room down the hall, and the two of you would discuss the diverse nutrition he and his network of similar passionates have cultivated and prepared as you consume it and over some all-star workouts like never before in your life?

Waking you up early in absolute Paradise, getting you into exactly the routine that you need to be your best!

… is this a good move? Will we be thinking very clear by the end of it?

The daily routine is everything, you are what you do. You are what you eat too. Doing the thing is what makes you ready to do the thing. Come to do the thing, get into the top shelf routine, and be on your way to the best shape, performance, and quality of life. This is the spark of a whole new flame entirely.

We advertise Panama & Costa Rica but we have some invite-only spots that really take the “quality of life” reference to a new level.

What would you do if I told you we have mastered both, routine & adventure? I hope you noticed I didn’t ask what you would say. It is because I don’t speak the language of words so much anymore, but instead the language of action. I only care what a person does, and if they say anything outside of what they do anyway, it just equates to a gradual loss of respect every time the match-up of words and actions doesn’t happen.

This year we are going to really focus on expanding our realm of operations and shoot to be in a new place every few days, in a rotation of five to eight places. We have grown our family a bit and we are ready to “put on more weight.”

We are looking to work with clients from professional athletics and we believe what we are doing is very valuable to that group.

We generally say ten days is enough to get hooked on the next-level nutrition, but one day is enough to get a buzz. If you are already an athlete you’ll know right away you just stepped into a new ring.

Lots of guys come down to Panama City for a weekend a month, since that is the best a normal North American work schedule allows, and the highly diverse tropical nutrition is such a great idea for health and performance (work, creative, digestive, all aspects of life). If this is all friends can do, we can make the best of inoculating the microbiome and getting the last months’ gunk out – there is nothing more than cleansing our high natural fiber diet endeavors.
